PAYMENT

PAYPAL

  • Securely make online payments via Paypal.  All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). When order is placed on the website,our website page will re-direct you to paypal online to complete the transaction. On Paypal page, choose the second option to “Pay via credit card” (you don’t need to create an account on paypal if you pick this option) Alternatively you can easily pay via logging into your paypal account.

CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE

  • Securely make payments over the telephone. Simply mention the time you would be able to receive our call pay over the telephone. This prompt service allows your order to processed same day! We use an Eftpos machine provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia at all our Pop Up stores. One of our friendly staff will contact you and process the transaction over the phone. Hence you can actually speak to a real person when ordering online, ensuring a risk free purchase.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

DELIVERY COST – AUSTRALIA 

  • Flat rate $10 AUD express delivery around Australia.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Australian Cities – Next Day
  • Australian Regional Towns 2-5 days

DELIVERY COST – INTERNATIONAL

  • Flat rate $25-$30 AUD Registered shipping – New Zealand (depending on the weight)
  • Flat rate $35 AUD Express shipping – New Zealand 
  • Flat rate $30 AUD International Regular shipping 
  • Flat rate $40-$50 AUD International Express shipping (depending on the weight)

DELIVERY TIME

  •  Registered shipping – 1-3 weeks
  •  Express shipping – 7-10 days

Note: If International shipping via Australia Post is less than what you paid, we will be happy to refund you the remaining amount. (Sometimes the postage fee depends/changes on the weight and number of items and half yearly rate changes by Australia Post therefore we have a flat rate.)

TRACKING

We will email or sms you the tracking number and website link to track your parcel with Australia Post immediately after delivery.

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left with a collection card and you’ll need to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post.
  • If you have not received your item within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS

RETURN

  • All items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item you must email us with your style name, code and size.
  • Send the shoes back to us. We will cover your return postage.
  • We will  give you a Bank , Paypal Refund or credit note.

EXCHANGE

  • If it doesn’t fit, send us an email and we’ll send you our free return shipping satchel along with your new exchanged pair. 
  • Email with as much detail regarding your exchange. Include your name, contact number, order number and the new shoe you would like instead, with its style name/color/size
  • In case of faulty items or manufacturing defaults, email your query in full detail (with images) to info@shaizy.com
  • We will delivery the exchange shoe to you for free.

TERMS:

  • For all returns and exchanges, shoes should be worn on a carpeted surface and returned in original new condition.
  • Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.
  • Returned/exchange items not received in their original state will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if we conclude it is not in same condition as sent to you.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the shoes you purchase from us. We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange items in the case of a manufacturing fault
  • For full price refunds, you can revisit our site to either purchase a different item or same item in your size. Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock for exchange.  Therefore we will automatically give you a credit note, bank, Paypal or a full refund.
